Our services in this department cover a broad range of clientele.    We review and draft residential and corporate leases and tenancy agreements, and provide advice on special clauses including “diplomatic clauses” and “en bloc clauses” and clauses subject to the Distress Act 1934.  When required, we also assist our clients to conduct searches on properties to ensure that the lease duration may be enjoyed without interruption due to any possible governmental rights of ingress.  

We assist with the renewal of leases as well as conduct e-stamping.  

We have acted for both landlords and tenants, and our clients are very varied, including but not limited to companies, REITS, and individuals, or groups of clinics, whose premises are located in prominent locations in the Central Business District, high end condominiums in orchard road, to factories and worker dormitories in industrial, suburban areas and JTC leased properties.
